Katie Link is the founder and creative director behind Bloom Room Floral, a floral-design studio that turns spacesinto living, breathing floral experiences.

For Katie flowers are more than a medium—they’re a language. With over seven years in the wedding world, she’s built Bloom Room Floral on the belief that florals should feel as much as they impress. Her work is rooted in emotion, artistry, and intention—an exploration of color, form, and texture that transforms spaces into living, breathing scenes.

Katie’s designs are known for their balance: wild yet refined, romantic yet modern. Each arrangement carries her signature style—lush, airy, and full of quiet movement. She draws inspiration from nature, architecture, and human connection, crafting florals that linger long after the last petal falls. Every detail is considered, every bloom placed with purpose.

But beyond the art, there’s the heart. Katie is a wife, a mom to twins Henry and Vivienne, and a firm believer that beauty and chaos often coexist (sometimes in the same five-minute window). She brings that same layered balance to her life that she does to her designs—finding rhythm in the in-between moments, inspiration in the ordinary, and gratitude in the mess.

When she’s not designing larger than life hanging installations or foraging for the perfect branch, you’ll find her with a Coke Zero in one hand and a toddler in the other, usually dancing in the kitchen or dreaming up her next editorial shoot in between nap time.

She believes flowers hold stories—of love, of family, of fleeting moments—and that through them, we’re reminded to slow down, breathe deeply, and notice the beauty that’s already around us.
